12 Days of Christmas Cocktails

On the first day of Christmas, Red Pump Kitchen gave to me…one of 12 brand-new holiday-themed cocktails! This holiday season, we are rolling out a new drink each day, designed to capture the feeling of the holiday – starting Tuesday, December 12, 2017, and ending Saturday, December 23, 2017.

Each day will guests can raise a glass with a different seasonal sip, artfully crafted by Restaurant Manager Kendall Moore + the beverage team at Red Pump Kitchen. They have carefully concocted imaginative cocktails like the decadent Partridge in a Pear Tree, a bourbon-based drink accented with Pear Shrub, Lime, and Ginger. Patrons who pear this creation with Red Pump’s comforting Seared Potato Gnocchi, made with Smoky Bacon, Baby Arugula, Pine Nuts, and Brown Butter, can prepare to feel transported to the warm comforts of home for the holidays! Or, raise a glass with the lovely Turtle Doves, made with Peanut Orgeat, Crème de Cacao, Coca-Cola Reduction, and Aged Rum. Those participating in the festivities will want more than just three French Hens when this French 75 rift is debuted – a refreshing and harmonious glass of Gin, Champagne, and Lemon Juice. The French Hens is a perfect complement any of our irresistible desserts, like the Zeppoli with Almond Milk and Dark Chocolate. Branch out with the Colly Birds, an Egg White Cocktail, with a blackish hue made possible by Vegetable Ash or Activated Charcoal.
