For 2 nights only, Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo is taking over Red Pump Kitchen. We invite you to pack your appetite for this gourmet experience of our sister property Zero George – without ever leaving the Downtown Mall! The 6-Course Tasting Menu with included wine pairings will begin with Chef’s playful “snacks” course followed by a series of dishes representing his signature contemporary American style and ending on a sweet note with a pair of desserts. The wine pairings will celebrate Virginia Wine Month. An elevated wine pairing menu will also be offered featuring wines from Red Pump Kitchen’s wine menu, awarded the 2019 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
The dinner with Virginia wine pairings is $140 per person, not including tax and gratuity. In celebration of Virginia Wine Month, the wine pairings will highlight local vineyards.
An elevated Reserve Wine Pairing menu will also be available featuring specially curated selections from our Wine Spectator awarded list. Menu is also available without wine pairings.
Seating is standard reservations on flow and reservations are available via Resy. A cancellation fee of $25 per person is applied to reservations canceled within 72-hours of reservation.
