Calzone Cooking Class
Join us as we gather around Red Pump’s wood-burning oven to make a favorite classic! No Italian feast is complete without a glass (or two) of wine. Our General Manager and wine connoisseur will begin the class with a wine tasting 101, schooling you in how to pair wines with calzones as well as other Italian inspired dishes.
Following the wine tasting, Chef Brandon will share the secrets behind Red Pump’s dough, including everything you need to know about perfecting the shape of a calzone. You will also sharpen your knife skills as you learn to properly chop and prep veggies. To top it off, we’ll add a variety of delicious fillings before sitting down to enjoy our personal calzones. Class includes a meal, a wine tasting, and two glasses of wine.
