Following the interactive cooking demo, Red Pump’s wine team will school you in how to pair wines with chicken parmesan, perhaps a Lambrusco or any full-bodied white. We’ll then sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Class includes a meal and two glasses of wine.
