Pizza 101 Cooking Class
In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the secrets behind Red Pump’s perfect dough – it’s all about the crust to us – light and airy that’s crispy yet chewy! This recipe is sure to be tucked into your recipe archives (and passed down) for years to come. You’ll also sharpen your knife skills as you learn to properly chop and prep veggies. You’ll top off the pizza with delicious pork sausage. Sommelier TC Whysall will school you in how to pair wines with pizza – perhaps a Super Tuscan blend or a smooth, aged Tempranillo. Following the interactive cooking demo, we’ll sit down for our very own pizza party to enjoy what we prepared.
